Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping cost if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and retrieve the product provided to him by the store within four days from the date of receipt of the product. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process, and in case of international return, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the item was provided based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, except for products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
